In 2011, my son was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and was told he would need a very serious stem cell transplant. He never had the transplant and is in perfect health. BUT THIS IS NOT ABOUT THAT. IT’S ABOUT THE ANGELS!
You may have seen news reports on Friday, March 29th of a devastating apartment fire in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh,PA – a three story, 12 unit apartment building – housing University of Pittsburgh students – caught fire at 7:47am. Fire department personnel and equipment arrived on the scene three minutes after the first call was received. When they arrived, the third floor was entirely engulfed in flames – the firemen were unable to enter the third floor. Moments later, the roof collapsed into the building.
My son and three friends had driven to Pittsburgh the day before to attend a concert that evening and stayed overnight with friends attending the University of Pittsburgh. When he arrived, he texted me to let me know he was there and I thought nothing more of it until retiring for the evening. As I was going to sleep, I thought of my son and casually requested Archangel Michael (The Angel of Protection) – to please put a veil of light around my son and his friends that they may be safe and protected.
By now, you may guess where this is going – Michael and his friends were sleeping on the third floor of this building when the smoke alarms went off. As they opened the door, smoke came pouring into the room. They ran down the stairs with no shoes and little clothing; the fire trucks were arriving and several minutes later, the roof collapsed. My son, identified in a Pittsburgh TV news video as a “shoeless man” was approached by a police officer who asked him his shoe size, and proceeded to his patrol car to retrieve a pair of sneakers and gave them to my son.
The Red Cross and the University of Pittsburgh provided all 16 displaced students with food money, hotel rooms and new clothing. No students were injured!
IT’S ALL ABOUT THE ANGELS.
Considering the circumstances described here; the timing of the events… and the lack of time between the initial discovery of fire and the total devastation that ensued…can there be any doubt that those kids were guided – protected – directed by their Guardian Angels? Can there be any question that even the slightest delay of response or hesitation of any sort would have changed the outcome considerably?
COINSIDENCE – I DON’T THINK SO!
DIVINE INTERVENTION – CATEGORICALLY!
The Angels are Masters when it comes to 911 events. They guide us and protect us…they intercede when they must. Our Guardian Angels have no other purpose than us. Their ONLY job is to help us when we need the help.
The great news is they also assist us with non-911 events – but we have to ask! Finances, relationships – whatever needs attention - through formalized prayer or even a casual request for help; our Guardian Angels and the Archangels are here to assist us 24/7. If you make a powerful habit of asking the Angels daily to assist you with all things BIG and small – you won’t have to wait for a 911 event to experience miraculous interventions in your life.
This month – challenge yourself – to ask the Angels for help in all things and become aware of the evidence of ANGELS IN YOUR LIFE.
